CARLETON AREA SEMI GETS BASEMENT CONVERTED TO A HIP RENTAL

This semi close to Carleton was a dingy basement space used as a laundry room and storage space. It was converted to a hip 3 bedroom rental with fun finishings and a large living space.

Here is the design inspiration sheet. Sticking to affordable finishings with a little splurge on the backsplash.

The owner chose to pick the furniture himself and chose neutral pieces that would have a wide appeal.
