237 Hudson Avenue - Move-in Spring 2021
237 and 239 Hudson Avenue is situated in sought after Courtland park, a quiet, mature and charming neighborhood just west of downtown Ottawa. Very few “vet homes” constructed after World War II remain as the neighborhood has experienced tremendous redevelopment and gentrification in the form of large additions to existing homes and infill development. Located only 10-15 minutes from downtown, yet tranquil and surrounded by vast urban greenspace. These modern-farmhouse inspired homes are conveniently situated a short walk from Hogs Back, Dows Lake, Mooney’s Bay Beach, and neighboring The Central Experimental Farm. Recent studies have shown that “living within a few kilometers of the farm is shown to boost health, as the space lowers pollution and noise levels”

FEATURES AND LAYOUTS
The Hudson Corner redeveloped was designed by award-winning architect Rosaline J Hill. Our reoccurring yet timeless walkthrough walk-in closets leading into spa-inspired en-suites were incorporated in both homes. Modern-farmhouse architecture was planned from the outset in order to compliment the surrounding homes and streetscape. Embedded in our Ethos is our sentiment for preserving all mature trees and landscaping whenever possible. Both single family homes feature a fully finished basement including a 4 and 5th bedroom in the basement of each respective home, along with a full washroom. In addition to generous open to above space, open-concept floor plans, and main floor dens, they also feature 9’ ceilings on the first and second floors. Built for the needs of families today, the homes received oversized mudrooms, second floor laundry, electric vehicle chargers, and upgraded energy efficiency features.
