SOCIAL MEDIA & LEASING MANAGER 

Ethos Developments is led by brother-sister team who are passionate about designing and constructing beautiful and comfortable homes.

This position calls for someone who is professional, personable, enthusiastic, internally motivated, and hard-working. The ideal candidate has sales, leasing and/or social media experience as this position is two-pronged. The leasing Manager will be supported by and work alongside the Director of Tenant Happiness (DTH). The Leasing Manager will be an influential part of the team responsible for marketing, showing, and leasing the residential portfolio of homes and apartments under the Ethos and Urent brand. The secondary role is to manage and grow the social media presence for Ethos Infill & Developments Inc. as well as Urent Ottawa.

Marketing & Leasing

  • Greet potential rental candidates, keep accurate records of all telephone, email and in-person visits

  • Demonstrate knowledge of product, features, benefits, and incentives currently being marketed to potential renters

  • Market, qualify, respond, arrange viewings, and show accommodations

  • Processing of rental applications in accordance with company procedures

  • Processing and signing of lease agreements

  • Update availability report and inform (DTH) accordingly

  • Monitor and Maintain Building Cleanliness

  • Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.

  • Maintain current knowledge of competitive and market conditions (make recommend price changes)

  • Suggest marketing recommendations and implement a plan to achieve leasing goals

  • Perform administrative duties as assigned by the DTH

  • Actively support the DTH and learn the job of the DTH to be able to effectively manage the community in the DTH’s absence

Marketing & Social Media

  • Develop copy, images and content for social media

  • Manage our social media accounts and tools, executing and optimizing publishing

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns

  • Stay up to date on platform updates, industry trends, best practices, competitive research, and early adopter opportunities

  • Maintain and update web site and all marketing and social media outlets

  • Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in order to come up with short and long-term goals

  • Maintain, develop and update marketing content

  • Most responsibilities can be performed remotely

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20/hr
